Five Star Cleaning USA Effective Date: February 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website (fivestarhousecleaning.com) or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Five Star Cleaning USA provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed at the time of booking. We serve North Lauderdale and surrounding areas including Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Hollywood.

3. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and digital payments.

4. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
• Same-day cancellation or No-Show: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
• Bi-Weekly Gap: If a bi-weekly cleaning is skipped and the gap exceeds 23 days, the next visit will be charged at the monthly rate due to increased soil levels.

5. Liability We are insured and bonded. While we take the utmost care in your home, Five Star Cleaning USA is not responsible for pre-existing damage (e.g., loose shelves, cracked surfaces) or damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

• Damage Reporting: Clients must report any alleged damage within 24 hours of the service date.
• Limitations: Our liability is generally limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged item, or a refund of the service cost, at our discretion.

6. Property Access & Safety Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property (e.g., gate codes, keys).

• Valuables: For safety, please secure and lock away all jewelry, money, and firearms before our team arrives. We are not liable for unsecured items.
• Pets: Please ensure aggressive pets are secured.

7. Non-Solicitation Clients agree not to directly hire any Five Star Cleaning USA employee or contractor for private work during the term of this agreement or for 24 months after.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Florida and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
